Yesterday, I got a terrible amount of assignment. You know, my instructor loves giving homeworks; he seems to prefer ill-treating international students. In this case, the homework is reading a textbook and doing execises on it.
Reading a textbook and doing exercises! It sounds normal, huh?!
Some other students might say so. But, they can do because don't know the numbers of pages.
I had to read pp.22-48!
Sounds cruel! Hey, what's going on with you, teacher!? In addition, I had to solve exercise problems: writing almost every steps of making essay. Now, I think, I have to change a part of my early sentence "he seems to prefer ill-treating international students."
I believe he wanna KILL us!!
He is a nice instructor. Funny jokes, suitable examples, and explaination after class -- he has everything which makes his class wonderful. Only one, yes, only one thing which is damned is his adhesion of assignment.
Anyway, I finished that. Although I couldn't go to bed still late night and woke up early morning, 6 a.m., I was really happy because I was done!!
Oops, it's already 9:32, and my class will start at 10 a.m.
I had to run to my college. You should know I usually bring a very heavy backpack. The traveltime is always hard for me in paticular morning. However, I was really happy -- you know -- because I was done! I did such a cruel amount of assignment!! It had made me prouding, so I could say "hello!" to my instructor in louder, livelier voice than usual. He smiled, and also said "hello", and looked around the class room
"How many people done the homework? Wow, good! Almost everybody!"
"Almost everybody" he meant was include me. He kept talking,
"You guys are good students. I think I have to give small prize for you."
Prize!! It's a spell that makes every students exciting!
"As a prize, today, there is NO CLASS!"
Oh -- okey, hold on. What did he say? I'm sorry, but I couldn't hear well. He said no class? No, he must be kidding. His good students (include me) did the homework, which is terrible amount. Won't he check them, and he does it next Tuesday? No -- must be kidding -- no.
I walked the way from the classroom to the cafe, mumbling.
There are many unlucky things in my college life. Someting sad, something damn. Of course, I don't fall down here, I never. Otherwise, you know, all human being have to cry sometimes for their mental health.
